ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
The “new” (FS2024) Antonov AN-2 starter is not working properly in some variants, e.g. “cargo wheels”. The switch to spin-up is flipping back after a few seconds, even when holding.
Other variants e.g. “passenger wheels” work fine.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

load AN2 cold and dark with “cargo wheels” variant

try to start up, the spin-up switch will always flip back after approx. 3 seconds

try variant “passenger wheels” - switch and startup works fine
