I would also like a UH60 to come out but the current one out there on flightsim is garbage.

Idk why all the hate. Obviously a better version is preferred, but a lesser model is still better than no option imo.

An exciting new announcement from Blackbird Simulations is the UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter, which is now being coded. All the modelling and texturing are done. Blackbird is making the HH-60G and MH-60S models in a close-to-study-level simulation in an all-glass cockpit. Blackbird Simulations is also including weapons for added realism. They hope to release the Black Hawk this year, but no promises are made.

I thought Blackbird had one coming. Had looked on their website yesterday but didnāt see anything on it. Anyway, this is very good to hear. You would think that one of the worlds most popular helicopters would find someone to make a good module of it eventually!

For those, who feel like they canāt wait Delta Simulationās UH60 is ok. I tried it, enjoyed doing a SAR mission in USCG colors in Alaska, but the biggest pain for me is that thereās no MFD working and the fly pad does have a map, but itās some kind of bing map or something, so it does not show location of a helicopter nor flight plan. That makes it (for me) not suitable for flying. Navigation systems also do not work I donāt think, at least I did not manage to switch them on as far as I remember
Not compatible for Xbox users tho. So we have to wait for another.
Hello- anyone know if the UH60 by blackbird is still being worked on, or better yet if an update is available? Per the last blackbird state of the sim, they barely mentioned it & said canāt talk about it.
Hoping that will change now that fs2024 stuff is being announced. Tho Iām disappointed as was hoping the silence meant the helo would be included by default as a surprise.

No itās not. An exciting announcement would be that itās released and available for purchase. Too many developers bore us with breathless announcements that theyāre āgonna do thisā and āgonna do thatā. Enough already. Work on the product . Test it. Then release it with an accompanying announcement. Now THAT would be exciting.
