That is a false statement, I give you Example A: SU5 (2020) and Clouds Rendering; Clouds saw a dramatic decline in Quality for that update which coincided with the release on Xbox, even today in 2024 on ULTRA the Clouds are still nowhere near what they were like on ULTRA prior to that SU5 update.
This was posted about here there and everywhere, it is a fact….yes a fact - that the Clouds on PC suffered from the need to work on a better performance level for the Xbox, otherwise why were they nerfed so much?!
