I am counting independent territories and protectorates as well. So number 2 was the touch and go I did at Saint Pierre-Pointe Blanche Airport in on the St.Pierre and Miquelon Islands. St. Pierre is an independent french territorial collectivity. So while not a member of the United Nations, It does indeed have a capital that needed to be visited.
