If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue: Boeing 737 Max

I also have this issue with the transponder. Unable to select any numbers, and this is crucial for an immediate fix for those who are playing online on VATSIM/IVAO. Other aircraft have perfectly working transponder

Same problem, there are numbers but does not want to change the data, plus the numbers are not displayed on the ADF panel.

You must turn on lights in centre pedestal, and numbers will show’s)

I turned it on and there are no numbers, everything else works.

It’s something strange, because in my side numbers show’s when I turning on

Thank you for the bug report.

Same issue. The transponder panel is INOP from a manual numeric input POV

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
• Yes

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• Asobo 737 Max Transponder is unable to be manually set, keypad does nothing. The only way the transponder can be set is through requesting ATC clearance and squawk assign when the co-piolt assistance automatically enters it.

A workaround for this is to set keybinds for “INCREASE TRANSPONDER” (1) - (1000). Switching the top left knob in the ATC panel (XPDR System Selector) to 2 and then back to 1 should update the display with the new squawk code.

can cofirm it works. i’ve set mine up like this… go into controls for the keyboard and bind keys to increase transponder for 1, 10, 100, 1000. once you press the keys switch to selectere 2 then back to 1 and you’ll see the sqawk code has changed. a bit painstaking but it works.

Yes this solution must work but I fly with BATC I cannot set the squaws value manually that ACT give to me

my method works with BATC. using as we type

While many simulator functions can indeed be accessed through backend commands such as keybinds or SimConnect, this workaround doesn’t address the core issue: the transponder keypad’s GUI is fundamentally unusable. Essential functions like setting the transponder should work directly through the interface without forcing users to rely on external keybinds. It’s not just about functionality—it’s about ensuring the simulator delivers an intuitive and complete experience as designed. Relying on keybinds to compensate for basic GUI shortcomings is neither practical nor acceptable for a polished simulation product.
