Can you make a video on this?

For those of you on PC using the freeware PMS GTN750 toolbar tool allows you access to set squawk on it (remember to enable it for alt reporting too). The squawk code won’t appear on the 737, but it will set squawk which ATC will then recognise. You can then just hide the GTN panel again using CTRL+SHIFT+S.

EDIT: If you want to make squawk code appear after using the GTN750 to enter it, switch the transponder from ch 1 → 2 and back again. The entered squawk code in the GTN750 should now appear in the 737 transponder panel display. Also don’t forget to turn the transponder ON from standby and select TA/RA.

It’s not about the numbers.

  • for one - the display requiring dimmer to show is a bug - they should always be visible

  • two: the bug is that you cannot manually type in a transponder code using the keypad

Worked for me as well. Good workaround for now.

Thanks for this solution, it works perfect :grinning:

Hello, where do I have to set the “manually type in a transponder code using the keypad” ??

Would be great to face this issue, as we are a few weeks into this and it is yet there. However, the workaround is still the only way to set the code.

There are no words, it just doesn’t work and no one wants to fix this disgrace from the developers, I’m just upset.

After a long time it work now. Switch transponder display from 1 to 2, then just the number
2 for 1000
3 for 100
4 for 10
5 for 1

push the select number as you need ( 3=3time)

When finished switch back to 1 and that’s it
