Brief description of the issue:
ATC has the tendency to go silent, usually triggered by a frequency handoff and the pilot voice speaking controller script for other traffic on frequency once the copilot switches frequency.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Simply start up a flight in any aircraft, take off, and climb almost to cruise. The next handoff nearest to cruise altitude in my experience is when the problem has happened persistently twice. This is the same problem reportedly fixed in the last hotfix.
