After about 20 minutes into a flight ATC stops talking and I cannot hear other transmissions, although my copilot responds
It’s a real immersion killer, anyone else having this , especially with the new AIG liveries installed

Is this only happening when AIG is installed?
I just stopped flying now because the ATC stopped talking to me.
I setup a short flight to takeoff and practice my ILS approach/landing skills. I was trying this flight in all the planes I have to see if I can do it with all the different GPS and steam gages aircraft. So each flight I needed to talk to ATC. I got through 6 or 7 flights and on the next flight in the next plane the ATC stopped talking and I could no longer fly IFR flights. I probably lasted about an hour before this happened.
I’m not sure what happened but I just quit the game. Changing planes and changing flight plans didn’t help so it was time to stop. I’m sure a restart will fix it until it happens again. The game does many strange things so it’s not worth fighting it.
Note: I don’t use AIG nor have their liveries installed.

Not necessarily , I have it on the odd occasion before , but since installing AIG I get it with every flight
Maybe the servers can’t cope with the increased traffic , don’t get me wrong I don’t think it’s just because of the AIG add on but it’s frustrating the hell out of me 
Yes I have had it on odd occasions before installing the add on so don’t think it’s that , but it’s happening all the time , say 20 minutes or an hour if I fly in the US
A restart of the sim fixes it temporarily but the next flight it does the same ……so frustrating

Same problem here on Xbox! It just started about 2 days ago soon after takeoff no more atc but copilot still talks

Yes 2 days ago for me too and exactly the same except mine lasts till 20 mins into a flight I’m on PC
This will randomly happen to me on Xbox as well.
I would switch to TTS Offline and see if the problem persists.
It is ok offline but you have to keep the ATC window open but no sound so a bit immersion killing , I want to hear not just read the text plus the text doesn’t show on subtitles also so a bit pointless
I’m having the same issue the past day or so. I am running AIG (loving the traffic) and also just installed CRJ 900/1000

If you set TTS to OFFLINE you will stop losing ATC, but the voices won’t sound as good. I was losing ATC after 20 minutes into the flight with Azure mode on, but setting to OFFLINE at the start of the sim cured that issue for me.
It is my understanding that for the ATC to work in “offline” mode the English US langauge pack needs to be installed in WIndows.
Here is a screen shot from Windows 11 showing the language pack installed:
If Azure services suffer a disconnect and transfer to “offline” mode then ATC would remain silent without this language pack installed.
It would be useful to know if those who are not hearing ATC still have this langauge pack installed.
Within the last couple of days I have been losing Azure ATC online services and get transferred to “offline” mode. However, I still ‘hear’ the atc using “offline” mode. (I do have the AIG add on installed with Traffic Manager injecting AI traffic into the sim- and there is a significant increase in ATC chatter as a result.)

Asobo should fix the altimeter bug which is still affecting the AI aircrafts.
The ATC keep instructing them to expedite climb or expedite descent, which indicates the AI Aircraft is already reaching and steady at the altitude, but ATC reads it wrong.
i’m sure with the proper fix, the amount of ATC instructions/voice would be decreased significantly, which would also reduce the possibility of this voice disconnection issue.

Are you switching frequencies using cockpit dials / knobs or an external panel? I find that when I don’t use the in-game ATC window with the blue text options to switch frequencies, ATC tends to just stop. I see no more blue options and switching frequencies doesn’t do anything.
Sometimes I can revive it my switching the AI radio assist on briefly - it gets the script back on track. Sometimes not even this works and it’s an immersion killer either way.
I opened a bug report in the self-service forum for ATC.

Thanks for the suggestion I will see what language pack is installed and if not will install it , seems a real shame they cannot fix all the bugs that ATC has and yes I’m loving the AIG mod too
I’m not touching any frequencies on knobs or in the ATC window, like I said it works at the gate and through to climb out and cruise but then after about 20 minutes it stops but my co pilot remains talking responding to the requests I cannot hear
The only way to get it back is to quit the sim and restart but that’s not ideal at all
So annoying
