I have the same problem as TheWumboWing and I’m on PC.
when I’m using vanilla ATC, I ran into this. Changing the window dimensions doesn’t help anything.
I was able to still execute the options via clicking the right “number” button that corresponds with what I want to say, but not being able to see all the options meant I was going off memory.
Just to add I only experienced this in VR mode.
This issue continues in SU 2 Beta 1.4.14.0
Antonio It sure does. Both the ATC and the EFB do not work in the 737 Max on XBox Series X. The ATC I think is broken in every plane I have tried.
Also confirm this issue remains in 1.4.14.0, I’m on PC (MS Store).
Definitely new and definitely annoying. Also clicking through the menu options and pressing buttons behind the ATC window in the cockpit, disabling AP and such.
And in 1.4.16… so annoying. Why is this not even logged? Atc window is a mess, hardly scrollable, hardly clickable, hardly resizeable…

I’ve had this same issue from day of the the Sim Update, seems worse in VR. I really wish they would fix this. It make ATC communication impossible
Not only aren’t all options available, the ones that do show require clicking on 3 or 4 times before they action. The communication panel is effectively useless at this stage.
It was fine before SU2 beta.
Cannot scroll list of all ATC options. The scroll bar is unusable and will not scroll entire list
The ATC items to request clearances, request taxi and ground services are unselectable because the list of boxed items are unscrollable, and therefore some items remain unreachable and hidden from view.
The scrollbar in ATC is unusable.
ATC options are sometimes unclickable too.
Issue can be duplicated in SU2 beta release on XBox Series X in the 737 Max.
I am experiencing everything that has been described by others. I am in VR. I am absolutely amazed that this has been allowed to continue unfixed for so long. It is a fundamental part of the sim and it is broken.
I finally upgraded to a 4070 and have started to have a good performance experience with the sim but now I can fly with good performance, I have become aware of how messed up, other parts of the sim actually are! Please fix this. Is it really that difficult?

EDIT: Maybe a fluke but this now seems resolved for me after I removed mobiflight-event-module from my community folder. It was used by Auto-FPS and I also removed Auto-FPS. Fingers crossed, hope that helps others.
In the release notes for the full SU2 release, it says something about ATC options and scrolling, if it’s been fixed that’s really good. Hopefully anyone can confirm this before I give it a shot myself
It has indeed been fixed.
Just got done reading the release notes, seems very chunky so gonna give it another spin later today.
The ATC panel is now displaying the options rather better (in SU2 public release), but I still couldn’t interact with them consistently. Clicking on options and/or pressing the number buttons on the keyboard worked only very intermittently.

Description of the issue:
Popping out the ATC communication options panel to a second monitor, makes it lose all numbered options and it can’t be used any more. Bringing it back to the monitor where the sim is running restores the options and so on and so forth.

Working better in VR. Can now see all response options but sometimes the algorithm drops the conversation, eg. After gaining takeoff clearance no further comms from ATC such as changing frequency.
Fixed in SU2.
