Brief description of the issue:

In EFB tablet under payload tab, clicking the number next to “payload weight”, “zero fuel weight”, “fuel weight” or “gross weight” 100% reliably freezes the EFB tablet until flight restart.

On EFB tablet, click payload tab, then click the number next to either “payload weight”, “zero fuel weight”, “fuel weight” or “gross weight”. The tablet locks up and is non-interactive until flight restart.

Yep, after clicking one of these the tablet will freeze. However in the Console there is no record of this, so it’ll be interesting to see the cause.

Same problem, I just clicked on the tablet in the payload tab, froze up, can’t do anything until I restart the flight.

Uninstalled then reinstalled via content manager. Still have issue. This started today, and I last flew the ATR without issue one week ago.

Now I remember, agh. Yes, the EFB freezes when you click on the loading manifest numbers. But clicking and entering in the fields is not the way to load the aircraft–this is what I forget when I don’t use the ATR for a while. The correct method of loading doesn’t freeze the EFB. Simply click on the “Load Aircraft” button, and enter your manifest values there. (And be careful not to click on the numbers the freeze the EFB :slight_smile: )

it happened to me yesteday;

happened to me just now after over an hour of pre-flight planning in the sim. am i to assume if this happens you are forced to completely quit and exit out of the flight thus losing all your progress? that’s very unfortunate.

this game-breaking bug was reported in august, any idea if a fix will be released anytime soon?

Have experienced this bug myself on multiple occasions, EFB will freeze if inputs are made too quickly on it, which requires returning to the main menu.
