ATR 42 and 72 Prop brake only visual

ATR 42, ATR 72

Brief description of the issue:

Prop brake is only visual. I can engage prop brake, start engine #2 (hotel mode), then set condition lever to auto. Overhead still shows prop brake in blue, MFD shows prop brake in blue and NP 0%
This was previously reported as fixed-in-live, in May, see this thread: ATR Prop brake is visual only and does not actually have an effect

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Reproduction steps in video above. Battery on, fuel pumps on, hyd pumps on, aux hyd pump engage, when green ready sign overhead engage prop brake. Starter to A, Engage engine 2 start. Condition lever to feather to start engine. When engine started in hotel mode verify overhead and MFD prop brake status. Condition lever to auto. Gust lock off. Chocks off. Parking brake off. Apply engine 2 throttle. Notice MFD NP% still 0, prop brk still showing blue, prop visually stopped, but torque display shows torque and plane is taxiing.
