no

none loaded that would affect the airplane
Brief description of the issue:
Engine #2 produces thrust even with prop brake engaged
This clearly shows that the prop brake is only stopping the animation of the #2 Prop and clamps the NP to 0%. The sound and physics engine, as well as the simulation of the electrical systems does not seem to care at all about this, and will happily treat the Prop as fully working.
Properly simulated there should be no thrust, no sound and no ACW generation with the prop brake engaged.
Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:
This video shows the ATR 72-600 happily taxing around with no prop movement.
This is due to Engine #1 being shutdown and Engine #2 CL set to Auto with the prop brake engaged.

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
Startup engine #2 with Prop brake engaged.
Set Condition lever to Auto, disengage parking brake and wheel chocks
This should also power up the ACW systems. NP #2 stays at 0%. Prop is not visibly spinning.
Observe “Low pitch” and “SGL CH” appearing, indicating normal unfeathering of the prop.
Observe Prop sound increasing and aircraft moving forwards.
If no movement is observed, it might be necessary to increase thrust
