Ok so for the first time, I’ve been able to build the velocity since increasing the pagefile size, but it still remains cold and dark where previously it gave me a CTD. This way at least gives me a small clue where to go next.
I have paid 20 euros and I still cannot fly. it’s all black, well done

I have MFS addon collector which finds a lot but, not this time…
It’s now the needle in the haystack process that goes again to find the “naughty” files…

I’m having the same problem. Last week the atr was working just fine today when I tried to do my first flight a message appeared saying I need to add additional content, the plane is all black also. I’m on Xbox series X @Jummivana
I think it’s the same problem like the volocity, all electrical Systems are not working, because of the older processors with no AVX-support.
My System is a AMD Phenom™ II X4 965 Processor 3.40 GHz, AMD Radeon R9 380, 20 GB RAM, Sansung 1TB SSD.
The ATR would be with AVX code, hence the black EFP screens, suddenly I bought this product for nothing, my chip does not take AVX into account and I will not change my PC for this Aircraft, how do i get reimbursed?
It would be good for the developers to also understand one thing, we are not going to change PCs to be AVX compatible, even though the simulation works very well with old processors, with me everything runs smoothly at 50 fps in 3 screens!
The flybywire 320 works! So I don’t see how the ATR couldn’t do the same…

HI, I have the same problem, the processor is old xeon, I don’t know what AVX is, but it doesn’t work on several airplanes: ATR, A310, Volocity, An-225. Couldn’t this problem be fixed?

Developers are not responding, are they going to fix it and is the problem with AVX support?
I am struggling with the issue… Maybe something can help here.?..
I managed by practically disconnect MFS Addon Collector and empty the community folder TO GET IT TO WORK but…
That means scenery or e.g FS Realistick, Fenixboostrapper maybe are jamming… More tests have to be done at with these loading times it takes time.
I want to say I have an 9 year old CPU that has AVX but not AVX-512
So I am to find out two things
- What’s jamming?
- And if the CPUs that are failing running the game.
If it’s the CPU, meaning the problem is known, then Asobo ought to help out and clarify…

I have the same problem. start the ATR in flight it is also black. And i have waste my time for deinstall the MSFS and install it again. 2 Days lost and all my Controll settings are lost.
A new install also dont work

Just in case it helps somebody here:
If you have installed the HeavyDivision 787 mod or the Kuro 787 mod remove them. Those mods overwrite several default Asobo systems and are known to cause problems with screens, specially EFBs.
Only install them when you want to fly them, keep them outside the community folder for any other plane you want to use.
If you don’t have any of those (check again!) sorry for this, but hopefully it will help some others.
