Brief description of the issue:
When flying in proximity to KSNS, COM3 (which doesn’t exist in the aircraft) picks up and repeats KSNS ATIS. Opening the ATC window and clicking on the “COM3 (Not in use” tab killed all ATC voices for the duration of the flight.

Tune COM1 & COM2 to any frequency other than 124.85. Fly the ATR within range of KSNS. Note KSNS ATIS (124.85) is picked up by the radio, presumably on COM3.
