Thank You, I found finally found way to do reverse and even I can choose how strong it is, based on your post.
I am using Honeycomb Bravo. I have to set one detent button (in fact lower part of throttle axis on bravo, enough with one axis only) to “Toggle reverse thrust”. Handle below pedestal have to be set to GI (ground idle) during approach (this also helps to get real idle on descent). Then on touchdown I have to quickly drag throttle into detent posiution and immediately up again into positive axis. If I dont do it quickly, it does not work. Now I can regulate how strong reverse is, the same as normal thrust. No need to apply full reverse on 800-1000 m runways as it is very strong. Important to immediately “get out of reverse” because plane will roll back on tail just after stopping…
