I think MSFS2020 has downloaded and installed the 1.12.13.0 patch about 3 times now.
It doesn’t do every time I launch the game, but I am pretty sure I’ve seen it install this same patch multiple times.
(I have only been installed since late December 2020)
there’s was a nav data update today. The can’t / didn’t make specific patch notes for those, so you’ll see the patch notes for the previous patch. Nothing to worry about. Should only have been a 1GB update.

They really need to add specific release notes on every update. The failure to do so is a serious communications problem between developer and user and complicates support by flooding every channel with confusion about what people are downloading.
Do they not even change the version number with these mini patches? I checked the version number of my .exe before allowing progress and it was the same.
For the AIRAC (nav data) updates they indeed don’t have a new version number.
