I’ve just seen one parked, though it’s not one of the planes available in the simulator.
Vanilla MSFS2024, nothing in community folder.
Looking at the cockpit, there’s some ressemblance to the real thing, like the yokes, for example:

Are you thinking that FlightFX has been contracted by Microsoft to create the plane?
As has been noted, a ton of AI aircraft were created for 2024, it’s highly likely this is one of them, and, as you noted, HIGHLY likely it was chosen as a nod to Flight Unlimted

Yep, noticed it as well.
Lots of new AI aircraft around (even Embraer listed in the legal credits as Embraer AI aircraft are present just like the Beechjet is).

Exactly, that’s pretty detailed for an AI traffic model.
If so, it would be so welcomed.
Their could even be a military variant as the T-1 Jayhawk trainer…
If theres one plane i hate being parked next to its that dang beechjet. Beech was thinking “lets put the worst loudest engines on one of the smaller biz jets”.

Indeed! That’s the loudest plane that flies out of our airport. The globals and the bigger gulf-stream barely makes noise 
It’s the age / generation of the engines, lower bypass than newer ones.
