I don’t often have an issue with the gate being occupied but when I do, GSX has the option to free the gate from AI.
Yes and you can use the inbuilt radar map to remove BATC loaded aircraft.

Nice one! Only one I know for Heathrow is Inibuilds but there is a free one on flightsim.to, development on it is slow however, I have no experience with this one. You’ve also got the freeware EGKK on the same site. I have that and it’s pretty amazing for being free. Inibuilds EGLL and freeware Gatwick play very nicely with BATC.

7 I think. There’s just not enough traffic at anything below. I know 5 is recommended but there’s barely any other traffic. I haven’t encountered this before, only since the last update.
That’s mostly just one AI aircraft. I’d go find it on the map and zap it, evidently there is something amiss with it.

I have a question regarding this new feature where Navigraph account holders will now get new functionality from FR24 in air traffic control. I appreciate Navigraph working out a generic arrangement for FR24 data on behalf of their subscribers. However, many of us not only have Navigraph accounts but also paid accounts directly with FR24 which gives us very detailed information about flights, more than I would guess you would get through some API. What if we could build into our add ons the ability to retrieve FR24 data directly through the direct FR24 accounts if they exist.
FYI, if you don’t already know, you can build an inexpensive ADSB rx with a Rpi, and feed the data to FR24. In return you get a free Contributor account. I think that is normally 100 a month.
I have done this for the last 4 or 5 months. I also feed FlightAware, and have a free account there also.

LOL Answering my own question, I guess they have: MSFS, FSLTL and now BATC using Navigraph/ FR24 data.
I’m guessing there’s legalities and price tiers surrounding commercial use and/or redistribution.
Having a weird issue at Inibuilds EGCC today. Just landed in the ATR and we’re on the the 05s today and all arriving traffic on 05R is getting told to hold short of 05L (no reason given, fine) but there is no traffic stopping them from crossing, nothing lining up or even close. Checking the traffic map also shows nothing.
Update 1: Upon further investigation and testing, I suspect the winds changed on approach to within tolerance for a runway change but it was too late so the traffic became confused and ground to a halt. I also saw departing traffic getting insta-deleted as soon as they took off. I’ve seen this before at Geneva. I’ll see if I can report on Discord unless it’s been reported previously.
Update 2: Semi-confirmed, switching the flightplan and reloading BATC, the 23s are now in use which now matches IRL conditions and ops.
I had a stuck aircraft which was all lined up waiting for takeoff at EGNM, but it wouldnt depart. I was #3. So I jumped into map to zap the offending ai and then the next ai #2 started moving again. Just everyday hazards of ai aicraft I guess.
