Biz Jets Current and Future

The Dassault Aviation Falcon 6X was a wishlist item last June but dropped off-and not even there’s any Dassault Aviation AI aircraft traffic models in MSFS 2024 because Asobo and Dassault Aviation can’t come to an agreement and the same goes for Carenado not bringing the Falcon 50 to MSFS 2024 which I enjoyed in FSX and P3D unlike what Asobo did with Embraer for their aircraft for AI traffic models and other plans(including bizjets).

I’m looking forward to the FSReborn Phenom and Just Flight LJ45 Professional.

They even have a AI traffic model that looks pretty good of the Premier in 2024 as well as some other great looking bizjets. Just need to make them flyabe… The hard part

Did someone actually ask Gulfstream in 2025 what they feel about having their aircraft in any sim? Since we have both G550 and G650 (of course not officially branded but still) to X-plane and they have been out for a very long time now it but people seems to trust the old cease and decease ghost from the 90’s.. I see people claiming this all the time but no proof if they have really said no

Well for what it’s worth many Gulfstream pilots and crew members I interact with at work always seem to say the same thing about it. Gulfstream is very strict with their avionics suite and they do not want all their investments into the avionics to be out in public for free. Also, what kind of shocked me is that crew members need to get in contact with Gulfstream directly for them to release all the manuals and study material for initial and recurrent, That tells you right there how secretive they are. ONE DAY…I hope to see a Gulfstream in the sim.

dont hold your breath. a Global is much more likely to happen.
by the way the future is already here with the Hotstart Challenger 650. much hgher fidelity than you will ever ask for.

But that doesn’t explain why there is three Gulfstreams in the XP store, if that was really the case the addons would have been removed from the store a long time ago.

you cannot make a gernal rule out of one dev just out of highschool (AKD) who does one.
this does not give the right in gernal to build a gulfstream in a sim.
maybe too small, under the radar. Or Gulfstream lawyers dont check the market too often.

The third G550 is made by some other guy and then we also have the freeware Gulfstream (G-IV?) by Ghansen that’s been out for ages.. Usually these big companies have a good knowlegde of what’s out there and AKD G550 has been out since October 2022 so they should be aware of that by now

no serious developer will touch the Gulfstream. sorry to say this is still fact.

If the X is a “few months” then can I assume the 350 is significantly longer than that?

Embraer’s models are in there too. I’m hoping a Legacy 450/500 or Preator is a potential!

There is no timeline yet on CL35. It is definitely on the roadmap.

I’ve been waiting (im)patiently for the Citation X. One of my favorite jets with those massive engines. But still could struggle to cross an ocean. I’d love a biz jet with 4000nm+ range

Is this the same company as LivtoAir? That’s the name from the article I read that’s developing a Cj3+

Make sure to pick the default MS Vision Jet in 2024: it’s a lot better (and more realistic) than the FFX version (with SU1 beta).
It’s not perfect yet (there is a bug causing an Takeoff Emer Bat CAS message but that’s a problem in all similar default planes so I am sure it will be fixed, and IPS Stall Offset Reset isn’t implemented yet) but it has CAPS, a more realistic checklist plus initialisation screens, correct default G3000 screens, emergency autoland, walk around, etc. so… imho the FFX version (which won’t receive anymore updates) is over and done with in MSFS 2024.

Lots of high quality business jets are in the works:

  • FFX Challenger CL-3500
  • FFX Citation X
  • Learjet 45 (Justflight)

I don’t have any of those jets in 2024, I had a different account in 2020 and when I started 2024 I didn’t realize that it autosigned in to a different MS account that I had and I currently don’t want to re grind career mode but I might bite the bullet soon and change accounts to get my marketplace purchases back.

Unless someone knows how I can download marketplace purchases from my old account and import them to my new one.

So for now all those are left in 2020 for me. Which is why I’m looking forward to new releases that I can hopefully buy direct from the 3rd party and keep a backup copy on my computer

I wouldn’t count on that ever going to be possible. That would make it extremely easy to ‘share’ purchases. :sunglasses: Won’t happen.

I would assume Customer Service could do that for you, provided you can prove that you own both accounts? You could raise a ticket.
