Black vertical stripes in the clouds

Hi pilots,

since plugging in my new graphics card I have this visual issue:

has anyone a solution for this?
It happens especially during fog, or rain.
Graphics card is a Sapphire Radeon 6700 Pulse, with newest driver, and DX12.

When I go through a cloud while inside the cockpit, the cloud texture shows vertical lines…like a vertical blind. As soon as out of the clouds, problem goes away. Does not happen in outside views.
