Anyone run into this before? no clue whats going on or how to fix it
Are you getting the same issue whatever the parking spot your are spawning in ?
Did you spawned at the same parking spot with another aircraft prior spawning with the Bonanza ?
Could be related to this issue: Multiple aircraft copilot / Pax not sitting correctly in the right seat

Weird thing is, there’s not normally a second human sprite in my Blacksquare planes. This malfunctioning dude is even visible from the regular cockpit view.
Regarding your second question, i believe I DID spawn a plane there beforehand, a Cessna taildragger. I ended the flight, and switched planes, and began again. I’ll experiment and see if its reproducible.
