Apparently someone asked for a refund and was given a similar response.

Intolerable flashing in top third of screen since update

think we should start a class action law suit, for not giving people their refunds who can no longer play the game due to them no longer supporting video cards. got the game 3 weeks ago, and had no issues with playing the game. and get 30fps at medum settings, now i cant even play at low end settings. We should ban together and start the law suit
