What resolution are you using?
Maybe on the 3060 it’s different, I have a 3090.
RTX 3080, LG 27GL850-B 2560x1440
In your screenshot you appear to be on a close-up view of the G1000; naturally this looks good because it’s very large, so the low resolution doesn’t matter. Try on the wide cockpit view.
Trying this now… seems promising. I can indeed make the screens sharper this way, though it costs performance. Looking at the balance…
Hmm, not convinced it’s doing anything other than bumping up the render resolution, which naturally makes it sharper. The loss in performance seems commensurate.
same but seems to be a known issue or feature, zooming out even the Fenix from outside gets blurry, screen in cockpit can only be read when zooming in. besides that, all fine with DX12 and DLSS, very smooth experience in both PRMG737 and Fenix.
Dx12 has quite a bit of artifacts at the moment although quite smooth
set DLSS setting to Quality and it seems (?) to be crispier at no fps hit (being limited by rivatuner to 40 fps)
I too just noticed that with DLSS it’s a bit blurrier compared to TAA, especially when inside the cockpit. Although with the huge gains in performance i’ll gladly accept it (for now).
I also saw this low resolution in the glass cockpits. And some textures in the Cockpit seem to be better as others i think.

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?
Brief description of the issue:
Good DLSS performance but even in quality mode it needs to be less blurred.

Not tried SU10 (yet).
But could the bluriness have something to do with renderscaling in conjunction with dlss?
No blurry ppl: you have renderscaling 100 (or above) + dlss?
Blurry ppl: renderscaling less than 100 (80, 60 etc) + dlss?
Just a thought…
Renderscale as such is not present if you’re using DLSS.
Rgr (too short msg must write something)
Same issue unfortunately. Exactly the same
Im not in beta but i like you mentioned, because by this secondary scale i get good results with sharp image and smooth motion above London on my low end system with surround tripple screens
But Sharpen amount looks newly added, but if you set secondary scale (which is post render) to 1.2 or 1.3 you can shift balance and experiment some more with settings.
I can still see the gauges perfectly. And please note that in the TAA screenshot below, the wind turbines are barely visible while they are reconstructed by the AI in the DLSS one.
The framerate is capped at 48 fps but with DLSS the GPU usage is about 15% lower.
I still believe that DLSS Quality looks better than TAA, at least on my system (RTX 3090 and Acer Predator X34P @ native 3440x1440)
What’s interesting is if you pop out glass cockpit instruments they are perfectly sharp. It’s just the ones embedded in the main panel that are blurry.
I’m getting terrible ghosting on the pfd (hud is fine) with the dlss enabled. Is there any way to reduce it? It’s only present with dlss doesn’t mater if it’s dx11 or dx12.
Rtx2070s @1440
I think it’s unfair to compare DLSS to TAA unless you are matching the render resolution.
