Would anyone like to see a Boeing 707 added? It’s one of the most famous jet airliners of all.
very much yes
Hi,
Absolutly! Used to work on B707s and B720s in the 1970s and 1980s.
And for the younger folks who might ask what a B720 is, google for it!
Adding the B727 would be awesome too.
I love flying airliners in sims without Modernized computerized flight decks so you got my vote
If we’re lucky, we can get one with a TGA livery from Airport.
Absolutely. Also add B727 and DC-9 to that list.
Yes. How can you make a decent DB Cooper re-creation without a 727? I’d love to see both the 707 and 727 in the sim.
We can only hope
My favourite jetliner!
Smoke trails ON!
Crazy loud jet engines ON!
Smoking section ACTIVATED!

I personally think it’s crazy the sim is nearly half a decade old now and we still don’t have any of the airliners from the dawn of the commercial jet age. The 707 being far and away the most popular aircraft of them all, but you’re also missing the DC8, the VC10, and eventually the 727, and the 737-200.
It’s about time Asobo make some american legend planes. They planned to make the SE210 Caravelle, another french plane. I understand they are priorising their country but the B707 (my favorite plane ever) it the first commercial jet aircraft in the world, I think it deserve very well to be made as a legend plane.
In the meantime, fortunately I can enjoy flying this beaufifull plane with the free converted FSX’s one.

I don’t normally post in forums, but I’ll make an exception for this. We haven’t seen a decent 707 since the FSX days. It’s about time we get, what is arguably the most iconic Boeing jetliner and the first jet to see worldwide success, in our sim.
I’ve been saying for a long time that FS2020 needs more classic jet aircraft. I’d almost characterize it as criminal that we don’t have a 707, 727, or 737-200 yet, not to mention the DC-8, DC-9, etc., despite the fact that nearly 5 years have passed since FS2020’s release. Unfortunately most aircraft developers seem to be focused on more modern aircraft for god-knows-what-reason. Do they not think a decent 1950s or 1960s jetliner would be popular enough? Do they not think such an add-on would sell well enough to make them decently rich? I mean, c’mon…
MSFS really needs a B707 (or other old quad jets).
I was actually quite hopeful when I discovered Project Global’s Discord server because they wanted to build a B707 as freeware. However, they canceled the project a few weeks ago.
A B707 from Asobo would be great! It would be even more awesome if maybe a developer who is known for high fidelity would do it.
Actually, the first commercial jet was the de Havilland Comet.
It’s on our hit list, but will take a while. The B-52 and 727 are part of the route to the 707/KC-135.
Wish granted as per above link.
