Same here for all affected airports. Hopefully it will be fixed, I see this was started in November 2021
But how long? Half an hour in my opinion is not long. Have you seen my report 3 posts back? Not flown one mile.
This is a hateful bug for sure. Probably the worst in my opinion.
The million dollar question is has it been transferred to 2024 or not.
This is from MSFS2024 (VTSB) just now… to be fair, this is the first time I have seen it in the new sim, however, it shows that this issue might still occur…
I’ve discovered it in CYYT as well, which was the case in 2020. My biggest fear was that this hateful bug would be transferred over and it has.
Pretty sure I can reproduce this within half an hour. However, I’m not gonna bother anymore.
This bug needs a 2024 tag adding to it. If Asobo think they have fixed the problems with the jetways they are deluding themselves.
How can anyone call this fixed?! KFSB just now.
msfs-2024 tag added .
Thank you, any way of getting their attention drawn to the fact this is indeed very much not fixed. And to ask them why they say it is when it obviously isn’t? It’s just a blatant lie! Cheers.
The issue has gotten worse, at least on FS2024. In 2020 I never saw jetways sink into the ground or go right through buildings.
Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
Yes
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
This is at Palonegro (SKBG)
MSFS 2024, Build v1.2.8.0:
If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:
Tokyo Haneda HND/RJTT / FS2020
Next to broken jetways whole buildings gone missing.
What was very cool and a coincidence, the plane in the 2nd screenshot was just as me also flying from Haneda to New Chitose. (Thanks to FSLTL that is, where live is actually live, one of the main reasons I’m sticking to FS2020 for the moment)
Unfortunately, it’s one of those things we are going to have to live with. It’s been a problem since day one of MSFS 2020.
Given that 2024 has been released, I believe that there is a zero to less than zero chance that Asobo will fix them in 2020.
This is the first time this has happened to me also. The jetbridge at Keflavik did not connect to the plane (so far at Gate 12, International terminal). You can see passengers traversing the jet bridge but the end of the jet bridge never actually connects to the plane.

This is maybe not broken but it’s strange behaviour for a jetway (FS2024 Whitehorse YXY). There is more of this kind where aircraft are somehow locked in by a structure. At airports with jetways this is a common sight.
