[BUG LOGGED] Color artifacts and rough gradient, clouds like oil painting

Pixelated and grainy clouds are back starting with 1.14.5.0

The old issue with pixelated and grainy clouds is back (see screenshot below). It was definitely improved with the last World Update 3, very nice clouds. But then we had the outline against clouds and objects. Now, with Sim Update 3, the outlines are fixed, but the pixelated clouds are back again. Maybe there is any correlation [pixelated_clouds]

Has anyone else noticed the weird looking clouds? It seems like the grain is gone, however the whole sky now looks like an oil painting, rainbows and artifacts everywhere, contrast is lost and lots of clouds are overexposed now. Bright sunlight when inside clouds

Do you have any add-ons in your Community folder? If yes, please remove and retest before posting. Not applicable as problem occurs with or without content in the community folder.
