Buildings much too high still in 1.9.5.0 Patch

Same problem in Southern Bavaria with 1.9.5. with medium sized buildings. This solved it for me

Make sure your Japan-Procedural Buildings and Points of Interest items in your Content Manager are up to date. Below is the recommendation from @ExpressTomato52 that fixed it for me. There is 2 new download you need to update content manually. [japan]
