I’m not sure that applies this time, since the Xbox launch is said to be at 1500Z – i.e. same time around the world.
I assumed that Kiribatian’s have special status.
As mentioned, this time around it’s a global release at 15:00Z tomorrow 
And I guess for XBox users they already have it pre-loaded.
Us PC mugs have to go through the download angst once SU5 drops at whatever time that happens in your region.

Yep, for a few days now.
Bonriki International airport will be on my future flight plan, but I suspect Kiribati will be of zero use to anyone on this occasion. 
That is a blast from the past 
As has been said, this doesn’t apply this time for the xbox release!
The entire xbox community should simultaneously get to experience the launch, irrespective of geographical location.
