The camera starts to focus on POI, other planes and airports without any control from the pilot as if you were pressing the button to focus. The settings are set to manual. After trying to solve the issue the sim CTD.

yea im having similar issues . the camera starts going zooming in on the plane and then the camera moves on its own and then the game crashes…best part is that this did not happen before the update.
so as it stands for me i can’t play the game. ( the update made everything worse)
I have been having this issue, no workaround so far.
Also experiencing this issue. Followed by a crash to desktop.
Worth noting that the camera mouse wheel zoom also stops working when this is happening.
Same problem here. Camera focussing on something, some stutters and ctd after a few seconds. No fun at all.
Same problem here, flight from London to Warsaw, camera suddenly goes into smartcam mode, ignoring all inputs. Even using the camera menu, I managed to “fix” it a few times, but then it CTD’ed.
experiencing the same as well, first with the A320nx, happened just as I touched down, practising touch and goes at Heathrow, it just decided to look out the left window, but not like i had used the quick view left it was more looking backwards and left, quick view right wasn’t looking in the right place either and i could not get it to reset to normal position, then just as suddenly as that happened it seemed to resolve itself, but on finals it started again, this time it stuttered then crashed to desktop. I just got the Mooney and straightaway noticed there’s something not right with the camera, quick view left is giving me a view looking down at the left wing, quickview right is giving me a rear view of the cabin, but at least it allows me to reset to normal position.
In an effort to keep similar topics together so they get proper attention, this seems to be the same issue described in Camera ctd 1.9.3
Happened to me as well, right now, I was flying GA and the camera started pointing uncontrolled towards my destination, just before landing.
And it CTD, after 1.5hrs of flying.
So frustrating.

Seem to be a problem with Smart Cam wich activate without asking for it.
I’ve tried all. Uninstall TrackIR5 with no change, reinstalled it and used it, with no change.
Unbind everything about cameras & smartcam, change nothing
There is a general problem in the game since the beginning where things happen without asking it, such as interior lights going down alone, Avionics switch off alone in the King Air 350 etc …
When i see Longitude Tanks are still not patched, i’m afraid the game will be unplayable for long.
Has anyone noticed if it happens exactly at the same time in flight? Or triggered by something in particular?
It focuses on planes. Turn off all traffic for a temp fix.
Same problem. I thought its the controllers, so i reset all on default. But this helps either. The worst thing is, that it happens just bevor landing. There must be a trigger. Turn off all traffic does not solve the problem. So for me, it`s unplayable at the moment.

Yes had it twice at the approch and at the same place from EDDH to EDLP…
