It’s the Top Gun Theme, from the original movie and sequel, by the singular Harold Faltermayer. Also responsible for the great Beverly Hills Cop and Fletch soundtracks.
Weirdly, or coincidentally, I was playing these on Saturday…
This is from Beverly Hills Cop (1984), I then played Berlin’s “You Take My Breath Away” (Love Theme from Top Gun) also on 12" single… Might play my Top Gun OST CD today!
