Hello, until now I have never had a bug on Flight Simulator
It’s been two months since I launched the game, today I decide to play it, I do as usual, I launch Xbox App and I launch the game via this application, Of course I installed my 15go update successfully, I land on the game menu, I decide to install the Benelux
halfway through the download it stopped and I got a “Microsoft service unavailable you are logged out” message
And of course I don’t have access to the store (grayed out), in the top right corner I see that I am online and the server is in “automatic…” and I can’t change the server
I restart the game 3 times and still the same problem, so I decide to close the game and disconnect from Xbox App to reconnect
And then the big drama, since this manipulation as soon as I launch the game a window of Xbox App appears for me to connect, I click on “Let’s play”, the connection window disappears and the game shows me the trailer of the game with “click on something to launch the game”
And here I am stuck, I tested all the manipulations I saw on the forum although I saw 0 topic talking about the problem I have
What I did:
-Reconnect Xbox App + Xbox companion
-Disconnect XBox App + Xbox companion and launch the game
-Repair of the FS launcher
-Reset the FS launcher
-Uninstall/reinstall XBox App + Xbox companion
It’s not normal that I have the XBox app login window that appears to connect my account in the game while next to it Xbox App is open and I’m logged in…
Have you been able to change the server that you are connected to when you are in the connection window? If so change the server and try to re-connect. Have you restarted your PC after uninstall the game services and the store app? If not do that. Restart on all points mentioned in the articles.
If you like we could do a remote session and I can check if I can find the error compared to my situation I ran through…let me now if and when. Where are you from and what is the timezone u r in? Regards Guido
Forgive me for the duplication, I tried the solutions he sent although it is not the same type of error that I have
I really went step by step and nothing changed
As I said, nobody has identified the bug I have on the net, I searched everywhere, so I sent a ticket to fs zendesk
Thanks for your help GuiHuy, I’m not a fan of TeamViewer for some reasons, but if I really don’t have any solution I’ll come back to you for this proposal, thanks again
I’am not so sure about your issue, in special because I own Steam. One point the FAQ mention is a full re-install ( a realy clean start ).
Some rare users run into an issue because of an invalid configuration and it was helpfull that they removed the config files. But normaly these users run into a CTD and not stop after the Login button.
For some users the “start video” was an issue and they started the app with the “–fastlaunch” param - but same, normaly another “error image”.
I assume you not have special chars in your username ?
You wrote “no Firewall”, but somekind of Anti-Vir tools ?
And to be sure that I understood it correctly:
after you click on “Lets Play” , it happens absolut nothing ?
Have you checked the windows event log for strange entries at the time while you try to login ?

ello, I have already tried to install the complete game again, I can install the game launcher (1.6gb) but once the game is launched I have the same bug
My Gamertag does not contain any special characters
I don’t have any anti-virus, there is just the basic Windows one and it is well configured for the game
After clicking on “Let’s play” the small XBox Live connection window disappears and I go back to the game video with “click anywhere to start”,
