Description of the issue: Game hangs at Loading Language never goes past 0

[PC Only] What other relevant PC specs can you share?

i cant load it either. its stuck at 0 percent for a hour now i restarted again and nothing what is wronmg with microsoft./

Same issue here. On starting the game I can’t progress past the Loading language message with the background video playing.
There is a “Server Authentication Issues” post from the forum team that says it was fixed.

UPDATE 0020 UTC: The authentication issue should now be resolved. If you are still experiencing problems launching MSFS (2020) or MSFS 2024, please let us know in a forum thread so we can continue investigating.

Maybe another problem?

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

I’m unable to start the game at all. It’s stuck at 0% - Waiting for Authentication.

Waiting for 20 minutes hasn’t resulted in any change. Today is the first time this has happened. I’ve tried restarting the game, and restarting the whole Xbox. Nothing has fixed it. I’m logged into my Xbox account of course, and didn’t do anything different from what I usually do.

Same issue. Will not load past 0% on the Language screen. Just started this, Have tried deleting community folder, have tried disconnecting Ethernet cable, log out/in on Xbox. Still broken.

Just got this for the 1st time ever. Now Stuck at 0% loading. Nothing wrong with my internet. Tried some of the steps about booting the simulator offline then connect to the network. I even logged off xbox live and logged back in again. Not working. Why is this happening?
