Can't complete training module due to oil pressure

This is probably me being really stupid, but I’m stuck on one of the missions for the PPL. In it you have to follow a checklist to start your engine. I’ve gone through it all numerous times but it just fails each time. The issue I think is that the aircraft has no oil pressure:

I’ve gone outside the aircraft, checked all the oil and it says everything is fine. Checked the fuel selector is both, fuel pump is on etc etc. This is really annoying me as I can’t figure this out. Can someone tell me what I’m missing here please

The checklist in basic filter is missing steps: you can’t start the engine (at least with the current model) with the mixture on full choke. You need to give it probably 10% mixture to startup.

Career mode at least as of now doesn’t seem to simulate engine damage from mixture being set wrong at startup, so you can leave mixture set higher and start
