Can't upgrade from Standard to Deluxe

I’m looking to upgrade from Standard version to Deluxe I got “This app will not work on your device”
Why is that?
I’m runnin the Standard version just fine.
No pending updates.

Just to confirm - you are not running one of those Localizations listed as incompatible in the second to last line?

You may have seen this before, but there is a similar error message and troubleshooting procedure on the FS Zendesk Knowledgebase:

To upgrade,

  1. Open up Flight Simulator on your current version (Standard)
  2. Open the Marketplace
  3. Search for “Deluxe Upgrade”
  4. Open the Deluxe Upgrade
  5. Click Buy/Buy & Download to upgrade.

However, I can’t answer your question on why it says it’s incompatible on the MS Store.
