Had no problems here @pccoder. I did the same thing.
Be sure your time is same as your local timezone, best is to sync it.
No Manage option, only Launch since it’s installed.
Maybe do a reboot??
I do that and it has a button to play for the version I paid for, it starts the simulator and the additional content is not there.
Also not if you go into marketplace, official content? Should be clickable and downloadable there.
I have no other solution for the problem else.

I’ll let you know what happens to me since I can’t play until noon here. I went ahead and uninstalled everything on my end and then reinstalled earlier this morning. I can come back here and give you my findings and for all I know I may be in the same boat. I’d hate for you guys to have to wait even longer waiting for it to reinstall.
Yeah, that would be irritating haha. Perhaps wait until 00:00 BST?
Now, do the math on this one. I currently have my region set to Kiribalti and the date/time set accordingly. However, look at the message “Available on … 6pm”. See my clock at the bottom of the image? 6pm would actually be 12am midnight. Based on the difference between my computer’s clock and that message it aligns perfectly. Could they be this sneaky?
You need to check your clock and region settings. If you are in a unlocked timezone, use auto settings for time and sync clock then restart pc.
I think other regions like us have to wait. I’m an expat in the Philippines and it says 12nn, which is correct, still got about 2 and quarter hours to wait. 
Edit: I should add, we’re probably waiting for 05:00 BST and 04:00 GMT.
A quick nap and then play.

I removed my gamepass and now the game loads but Marketplace is disabled… could it be because it will sync with my account without the gamepass?

Do you happen to be logged into Xbox Live?
Do you see the Premium Deluxe aircraft in your hangar selection?
I wouldn’t mess things up more then needed @DankestGecko198 The marketplace bug is something different.

I think I will wait till tomorrow or 12am so I can actually activate it in the US and see if that fixes everything…
If your timezone is locked you can’t unlock the Deluxe/Premium at all. Because upgrades are not available for gamepass yet.
I rebooted and since I cancelled the gamepass I can’t log in again until the timezone is available in the US so I’ll just look into this tomorrow… thanks anyways!
