No, I don’t see the aircraft in the hanger. Logged into XBox live?
I haven’t been on the sim in about 2-3 days, but on the top right hand corner, there should be a place for you to log into Xbox Live. Do you see your gamertag/profile picture? I would make sure you’re logged into the account you used to purchase it. If not, at least make one and tie the purchase to that account.
Also, I think @Cygnifick is correct in that we’re timezone locked out of our deluxe/premium goodies until then. In which case, 66 minutes as of right now.
Needed to mount my 2nd 1 TB drive, so just uninstalled and installing on the 2nd drive now. And…it’s letting me install the Premium Deluxe version from within the Microsoft Store.

This keeps telling me I already have the Premium Deluxe version installed, but when I go to my hangar I have 30 aircraft, the Standard setup! C’mon, now!
Have you tried launching from the Xbox App Beta for PC?

Yep! And it launches the Standard version!
Do you have any other versions listed? If so, did you hit play on it?
If I click on the Premium Deluxe version, it still opens up the Standard version.
Okay! I give up! Nothing anyone has suggested has worked. Zendesk has been a total flop! I don’t think they even read your tickets - they just have a bot that looks for keywords and then e-mails out a boilerplate response, while saying they “Solved” the problem.
SO - here’s what I’m going to do: I’m going to uninstall MSFS2020 completely (can anyone tell me how to do that?) , and try re-installing the Premium Deluxe package I paid for (can anyone tell me how to do that?). I want what I paid for, ■■■■ it!
If you have 30 aircraft, which you said in an earlier post, and you can fly them all, then you have the premium deluxe edition. Standard has 20, deluxe has 25 and premium deluxe has 30.
Maybe also check whether you have the hand-crafted airport for say EGLL, to ensure that you also have all of the airports.
