I’m trying to complete the first Jet Passengers missions, that one in Korea. When I request boarding passengers it takes extremely long time to board people. I’ve increased the sim rate to x8 because it was totally unrealistic. Ryanair deboards and boards again and they still have time to taxi and take off in the meanwhile.
This is stupid, I’ve tried 2 times, and both times was extremely slow.

Yep, I aborted that mission after I requested to stop boarding and got dinged for it. I didn’t really want to fly the horrible 737 Max 8 (in my case) anyways. Although I can’t see how looking at the gate triggers the boarding process, it wouldn’t surprise me.
Sounds like a Schrödinger’s Cat quantum type effect, where the passengers exist in boarded and unboarded state until observed.
Probably related with anything to save resources, if they are not shown in your screen, they don’t exist. Maybe that only happens in Xbox Series S (which I think is the hardware that runs in xcloud).
But the point of: passenger boarding only progresses if you look at them when they board, it’s very buggy. So you can’t fill up the FMS while they get onboard
the way to solve this issue is----------- staring at the Jetway !!! watch these passengers to board! The speed will become faster!!!
