Are there any plans to add more of the default planes to the Career-mode?
Looking through the different categories, and so far seeing very few planes compatible with the career.
In the trailer, you showed the PC-12 for medevac, but the only compatible plane in the list is the C208.

I also just discovered that apparently only a few aircraft are usable for career mode? I bought the premium deluxe because I wanted to use the H225 for SAR and cargo missions. But apparently only the H125 and Cabri G2 are usable. That’s a real bummer
Yea lucky i didnt give them any money for the aviators edition.
It must be because the career-mode isnt finished. Some are saying that some missions are hidden, but I dont know if that is the case with planes.
It definitely isn’t finished. Heavy lift and the electric Heli certification say it will come after an update.
But only having two helicopters (well, three including the very specialized skycrane) is really disappointing.
The Robinson R44 even has the sprayer config you can use in free flight. But I can’t seem to find in career missions. Except maybe you only get access to these by buying them for your own company?
It is almost ironic that aircraft like the Cessna 400 which you have to master for the High Power certification exam, or PC-12/A330 featured in the career mode cover arts is not actually in the career mode…
I can understand that aircraft like those antique aircraft with no modernization, large airliners/freighters that need further system integration, Jet trainers/fighters that does not have a purpose in the career mode, or those quirky things like gliders, balloons, or Jetson One are not present so far.
But why aircraft like many Cessnas, Beechcrafts, and some other GAs such as PC-12 are missing from career mode? These planes can be integrated into the current career mode with minimal effort…
I wish the devs could give players a clear answer on why making such weird decisions, and whether these unnecessary missing contents will be added ASAP…

It’s impossible to complete 1 single flight without having a bug.
Its pretty frustrating to not be able to fly a plane that fits into the category but is not available in career mode. I’ll like to fly the DA40 or SR22T instead of Cessna 172 but am unable to choose those. What a bummer.
It seems that they are very slowly adding planes to the career-mode.
The PC-12 was added yesterday.
I really want the Cessna 408 for my cargo runs.
The funny thing about the Corvalis, is that it was used in the high powered checkride.
Once you unlock your own company, you can buy any of the aircraft you want.
Still the same planes there.
No C408 when I looked at new aircraft for sale.
I have my company but I can still not buy all aircraft. For rotor craft there are only the Cabri, H125 and Skycrane. Will more aircraft unlock with further progression?
I couldn’t agree more. I desperately want to use the 404 Titan and C90 King Air in career mode, as they’re perfect for a small charter company.
I imagine with time a lot more stock MSFS aircraft will be added as well as some 3rd party aircraft bought from the MS store. It’ll just take time. I’m looking forward to it’s future. Buggy as hell but shows a ton of promise.
Just found out that the A400M that you will “unlock” by doing the ATP Turboprop, is actually locked behind heavy cargo airline license that is not yet implemented.
Bummer!
BTW! Add the Twin Otter and the ATR as turboprop airliners instead of the electric “idea”.
Transport you can have C172, or the 208. That’s it.
I’d prefer to use the Pilatus or Daher - hell, even the Da62 rather than 172, and I’m not the greatest fan of the 208…

Even the standard planes don’t all seem to be implemented yet.
If this was an Early Access release it would make sense, but as a full product this is a painful experience. This is not to product release that was advertised.
No the Pilarus is available, the only thing is that it doesn’t appear on the used market, you can only buy it new (which is 4.8m)
