Here is the major isuue with career mode.
Ms and Asobo have blocked plane repositioning and thanks to them and the bugs in the game after flying for coiple of hours and a bug happens and plane about to crash, i can not save it and 2 hours of flying is gone. I use to be able to save my flights by repositioning the plane and continue but now, it is blocked and i am really getting discouraged playing this
first VIP charter mission is bugged
when you fly < system any time kick you out of game. it can happen any time . sometimes just after take off sometimes in mid light . once i’m allmost finish mission and was kick out from game just before parking.

If you really must cheese Career mode you can hit Pause before you crash and then alt-f4 or kill the game process some other way and restart it – or better – just fly in Employee mode while you are learning to fly.
I am also experiencing several Career Mode issues on PlayStation 5 after Sim Update 6.
One issue is the generation of excessively long airline passenger missions. For example, Career Mode offered me an airline passenger mission using the Airbus A310-300 with an estimated duration of 12 hours and 30 minutes. I have a screenshot showing the aircraft and mission duration.
I have also experienced other Career Mode problems, including mission objectives getting stuck and not progressing, incorrect or inconsistent altitude instructions, and pushback following incorrect paths and pushing the aircraft toward trees or buildings.
