Apparently Carenado is close to releasing a B390 for MSFS2024. We might expect very good visuals, with hopefully good system depth and flight model (although that is not necessarily their strength). Looking forward to more news!
Great! Another plane using the Proline 21!
It would be nice if devs would make planes with different avionics.
I’ll stick with the Phenom 100 for now.
Avionics can be difficult to model and take a lot of resources (especially full suites). Working Title made the life of a number of developers easier by accurately modeling some of the more common avionics. They just need to tailor it to the aircraft they’re developing. Also this is an aircraft they have done in the past and I’m sure some would enjoy a business jet from Carenado. It only makes sense.
If it’s done reasonably well, sure, count me in.
I know the Carenado name can be a little divisive among the more hardcore simmers among us, but I’ve grown to appreciate them for what they are. You know what you’re gonna get (and what you’re not gonna get).
I’d be in the market for a cool little business jet. As long as we get F33-quality Carenado, and not Saab 340-quality Carenado, I’d be a happy camper.
The Premier 1A in P3D was actually a really decent aircraft. I put quite a few hours into it because the VC was particularly nice, enough stuff worked that you could simulate most procedures and it flew especially nice. There also wasn’t much in that class in the sim that could compete at the time. I’ll be quite tempted to pick this one up because at least I know the avionics will be better. Just hope it flies as nice as the last version.
I really hope they start using CFD in their upcoming aircraft.
I remember seeing a photo a dev posted listing the time it can take to develop an aircraft for MSFS. Fully developing just the avionics suite can be 4000+ hours of work, and a full aircraft can be 12,000+ hours (assuming it’s a quality release).
So if they have an avionics suite they can use across multiple releases it’s going to help them release more aircraft faster and for a better price point while being profitable.
Never buying a Carenado aircraft until the start fixing their products instead of selling new ones over and over. The fact that the Saab 340 is still a broken mess 1 year after release is a disgrace.
I’m not a hater but I absolutely hate their business model. We need to start supporting the developers who are active in the forums and do their best to update their aircraft.
Sometimes you want fine dining, sometimes you just want a burger.
Looking forward to it.
This would be their first jet engine aircraft, or am I missing one? I’m looking forward to this. They’ve done some very nice flight models in the past. Carenado, if you are listening
, please don’t put any high pitched screeching sounds in the cockpit.
They have made them for other sims before.

They also made the PC-24 from the deluxe or premium deluxe Version
They have made the default PC-24, and that one has a bad flight model regarding takeoff and landing performance. The speeds are off by up to 30% if I remember correctly and there are no infos on any fixes to that.
A story as old as time itself… well, as old as Carenado anyway.
I do agree though. I’m not above buying Carenado products but I always go in knowing it’s a gamble and continuing support is going to be iffy at best. Thing is, some of their stuff is pretty decent. The C182RG was nice in 2020 and as I said earlier, the Premier 1A was , imho, enjoyable in P3D. Then again, I also bought the Seneca V for 2020 and pretty much hated it.
Carenado shared some new shots. I’m looking forward to this one. Carenado Shares New Previews of B390 1A for MSFS 2024 - FSElite
Looks fairly fast along too. Hopefully coming soon
its a shame that plane became abandonware, im glad this will be able to take its spot, and eventually fsreborn phenom300 will take over everything lol
Carenado=lipstick on a pig. No thanks I will pass. The default pc24 is a dumpster fire!
But their 337, 182RG, B55, F33A, V35 and 170b are all fine
