Carenado Cessna 182T Skylane

I didn’t check that.

The lack of communication is poor, that is why I’m glad they patched it. The lack of patches notes is annoying too.
It is rumored that MSFS has a bug or two hidden somewhere. Maybe release note support is another.

Lately they post updates on their FB page Redirecting...

Who has their main support on Facebook anyway in 2020?

Thanks.

Yeah the thumbnails are showing the different liveries now

I don’t think I logged it with Carenado, but I’d like them to restore the synthetic vision of the G1000. For some reason, theirs doesn’t have it, and I think its the only one that doesn’t.

Sweet. Thanks for that.

Äh, no. They release it and then patch it pretty frequently in the first weeks becouse it was released in a half-■■■■■ way… Always has been like this. Since EVER.

I guess their main output is Facebook. There they always communicate about updates and WIP projects.

How sloppy can a developer be when they release a plane where you can’t turn on the engine. Listen here, nobody at the studio cared to try to turn the key and see what happens before placing it on the marketplace.

I never go near the horror that is Facebook, or any social media, so thank you very much for this.

I just wish they would add the synthetic vision to the G1000. I had a very long, and slow, power off glide from 13,000ft yesterday, down to 6,000ft, and it didn’t fall out of the sky like I remember it doing.

Before 1.1.1 was released, I remember on final, just over the threshold, in any other aircraft I could get away with throttling all the way back to idle, but in the C182T it would just plummet, and lead to a hard landing. It doesn’t seem to do that now.

Apparently the version with the autopilot they use in sim never had SV in real life, so, not modelled. A little disappointing but fair enough.

Ah, I assumed that because others have it, like the G1000 172, that all would have it.

is the C182 from Carenado available with steam-gauges? or only that glass avionics?

Not too lazy to click on the link; some of us refuse to use Facebook.

Heh. I deleted my account after 6 years, because all of the sane people I knew on FB started turning into conspiracy nuts, after listen to each other in their echo chambers for too long, lol.

I’ll check in with an old alt for stuff like Carenado’s patch announcements, but that place is too dang toxic.

Yeah, me too. The default planes may have it because well, they are default planes. Looking at the latest avionics from Garmin. My god. I really want to win the lottery!

Glass only. With radio nav aids being phased out world wide in real life we may see less of them in new aircraft. In sims, sometimes I like steam, sometimes I like glass. It depends on my mood. But when it comes to real flight , I like glass. Anything to make workload lighter and my real flesh and blood safer is good by me

Far out, yeah yeah, this post is finding a lot of anti-facebook people. I think few of us care if you or anyone else likes facebook. This is not a forum or post about bloody facebook.
