Carenado PA28 Dakota reversed trim wheel on TB VFOne yoke

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: The trim wheel on the PA28 Dakota is operating counterintuitive to an actual trim wheel. When the trim wheel is going down on the yoke, the Dakota’s nose is going down (not up as it should be). This has led to several fatal upsets when I was flying this.

Yet on every other planes besides this one, the trim wheel is operating with the correct logic (trim down leads to nose up). If I try to reverse the axis in settings, it flips it for all the other planes , meaning the Dakota is correct and all of the other planes are operating wrong, so this workaround does not work because it breaks all of the other planes. Specific controls does not work because the axis bleeds through all planes.

It happens in several aircraft, see here: Elevator Trim Axis inverted for some aircrafts (still after SU2) - Bug Reporting Hub / Aircraft & Systems - Microsoft Flight Simulator Forums

Ok, Mods, can you please move this thread to that post please? @DementedCorn327 Thank you.

The bug is very old (SU2, corrected on some of the planes)

The bug is also present in 2024 (for half the base planes)

Very few of us probably use an axis for trimming, even though it’s extremely practical.
