Cessna 172 steam gauge available on all editions

I’d like to see the Cessna 172 steam gauge on all editions of MSFS. It’s a comon aircraft.

Hello,
What did you mean by “all platforms” when you said you wanted to see the 172 steam gauge on all platforms?

I have the basic msfs2020 and the only C172 I have is the one that have the G1000
I want the steam guages ., I fly the C172N in life no G1000

Understood. You can already fly the steam gauge version with the Deluxe edition of the sim.
I am trying to understand what you meant by “all platforms”.

In which case you really have a couple of options…

  1. Purchase the Deluxe upgrade to grant you access to the additional content which includes a steam gauge 172 - however the upgrade cost is quite high.

  2. See if a third party developer has created a decent steam gauge 172 or have one in development.

I have the standard they also have deluxe and premium, I think the cessna 172 should be in all 3,.
Some oder people like myself fly the older not so advanced stuff and are use to flying maps in lap.

So really more a case of not originally wanting to pay the premium necessary to get the Deluxe version of the sim with the extra content.
I would not expect or quite frankly think MS should now include any of the additional content from the upgrade packages in the packages they were not originally included with. Those of us that did pay extra for the additional content did just that, pay for the additional content not early access.
Unfortunately, the cost of purchasing the Deluxe or Premium Deluxe upgrades is notably higher than having purchased it from the outset which does not really help you much, so I would revert to my suggestion of seeing if there is a third party option available or in the making.

Thank you for the clarification. I updated your Wishlist topic to use the word “edition” instead of “platform”.
While there is nothing prohibiting you from logging this wish, I have to be honest and say that it is highly unlikely that Microsoft will change its mind about which aircraft are available in each edition. (I am saying this as a simmer, and not as a representative of Asobo or Microsoft.) As stated above me, you can upgrade to the Deluxe edition if you want it now.
That being said, you may want to see this Wishlist topic, which, in my personal opinion (but again, not as a representative of Asobo or Microsoft) has a better chance of being done some day:

For you, that also flies real aircraft, it should be no problem to have the few bucks for one of the packages.

One gallon of fuel is more expansive.

…uncomprehending shake of the head
