Cessna longitude start up

Hi
I thought today I’ll get to learn this plane and with in 10mins I was stuck
I can’t start left number 1 engine. I can get it to turn but can’t get it to run

I’ve turned all batteries on, Abu is on and running. All generators are on and all relevant air bleeds . I start the right number 2 engine by pushing the black start switch and you can hear the air bleed starting the engine. Then I push the run switch and engine ignites. N1 and n2 rises so does the egt
Ok now for the left number 1 engine. I do the same procedure with the start switch and hear the engine starting. I then click on the left run switch to ignite the engine and nothing happenens
The run light does not stay on in fact I won’t come on at all.
I’ve tried starting 1 then 2 and 2 then 1 still the same
I’ve tried everything to run the left engine but cannot work it out. I have YouTubed it and it appears I’m doing everthing right but I can’t be
Strange how the right engine fires up but left don’t
Only way I can get it to fire up is by pushing Ctrl + E that’s the alto start for every plane
But that only starts the left engine not the right I have to manually start the right. That’s strange. If I push ctrl+E again it shuts down the engine but only number 1
On pushing ctrl +E snd left engine starts I’m not noticing any buttons or switches moving automatically in case I missed somthing so I cannot figure this out. Seems like I’ve done everything right
Lastly I thought it may have been the update on github so I took that out of my community folder and retried flightsim with the standard plane and still exeactly the same. So it’s not that
Any ideas why because this is becoming above my pay grade lol

I just did a quick check.

For me both engines run up correctly, with just battery/external power, APU running, other controls untouched.

The only thing I can think is if you have a button/control bound to the left engine which interferes with the start-up.

Don’t forget there’s an in-game checklist for starting up the plane in the toolbar.

Thanks for your reply
How would I check that? I know engine 1 and 2 is powered by my bravo throttle quadrant but I don’t know about start switches
