I can confirm that as of a few days ago, I am no longer able to see any Charter Service VIP flights in either employee or freelance mode.
Another comment for no VIP missions after I just invested most of my money in additional planes

To clarify… I have NEVER had “Charter Service - VIP” Missions available. I did have “Charter Service - Private” up until the day of my original post.. then almost all my missions disappeared. At the time of this current post, the number of missions available has increased; however, I am stil not seeing any Charter Service missions whether “VIP” or “Private”. But, again, even after completing all the pre-reqs for “Charter Service - VIP” missions, I never had any of them populate beyond the initial introductory mission.

I have the same problem, did 2 flights with my new visionjet and now I have no more charter - private flights. I have tried everything, selling and rebuying multiple vision jets, fiddled with online settings. Nothing. I get loads of light and medium cargo, but no charter at all.
I’m just glad I have the game through windows game pass, I’d be absolutely fuming if I had spent money on this incredibly broken game.
Same here. I have Cargo + VIP Charter my companies has 4 planes 2x Vision Jet and 208 Grand Caravan + 172 Skyhawk. I see plenty cargo mission over europe + USA but absolutly mothing in Charter services

Once I completed Charter Service Private specialisation I had missions come up. But 4 days ago they just disappeared in both freelance and Employee modes. In fact apart from a few, most of my missions disappeared and wasn’t respawning. Tried deactivating all the online stuff in the settings and saving it… switching all online stuff back on… saving it.. nothing worked.
However… a lot of the missions have reappeared now and seem to be ok. But there’s NO charter service private missions ANYWHERE !!
Seems like the same problem. Please upvote that bug report.

Again… Just to Clarify. This report is regarding no “Charter Service - VIP” missions. I believe there have been two different issues being reported here. Yes, the day of this post, there was an issue with a large majority of missions disappearing… that issue seems to be resolved with the exception of the “Charter Service - XX” missions. Those have not returned.
Separately, and the original intent of this report was to report that I have NEVER had any of the “Charter Service - VIP” missions available… I did the initial introductory mission and passed for “Charter Service - VIP”; however, after that, no “Charter Service - VIP” missions have ever been available for me.

Just to add one more comment to this., Have a 172 and vision jet in my charter company. Not unlocked VIP as still need 4 more missions B or above. Was enjoying getting to know the Vision Jet. Went to bed new years eve with a selection of VIP missions on the map. Logged on the next day and all disappeared, and not seen one since in employee or freelancer. I just want to fly the Vision jet. UK time zone playing on Xbox store game.
Still not working. It’s been several days.

One of the bigger failures to fix a server issue in a reasonable time.
The support apathy is incredible.

Just looked at my career and found I have no VIP missions at all for my company. I use a VisionJet for my company and nothing.
According to the other thread, this is no server issue, but a bug in the software. The serverside was fixed (or so they thought) and now Asobo is looking into this bug.

I downloaded game from xbox app on pc. Im having the same issue. The charter mission were showing up for employees once i did the gold mission but after i got a company none spawn. I am full vanilla i have no mods or anything

You should not worry about VIP missions. They are crushing the game if you do full flight without skipping anyway.
Same issue issue on Xbox fs2024
About this bug:
VIP missions are tied to real events taking place on specific dates (for example: Superbowl). They are available several days just before the events. Currently there are only several hundred of these missions available worldwide meaning this is type of mission is very hard to find. Based on feedback, VIP missions will be changed to be based on tourism and not tied to specific dates so they will be more readily accessible - this change will come in the next Sim Update.
