This small plugin is designed to overhaul the poorly implemented Chinese Mandarin ATC voice lines in MSFS2024 by replacing them with more realistic Chinese ATC phrases, while also correcting numerous errors.

Key improvements:
·Uses standard radio pronunciation for numbers: 1 (Yao), 2 (Liang), 7 (Guai), 0 (Dong)
·Corrects controller position designations (e.g., fixes the well-known “Sen Ter” error to “Area”)
·Implements standard aviation terminology for requests and clearances (e.g., clearance delivery, pushback/engine start, taxi, takeoff)
·Updates names of some domestic airports (e.g., changing “Shenzhen Huangtian” to “Shenzhen Bao’an”)
·Numerous other terminology refinements
Installation:
·Extract the compressed file.
·Locate the game’s fs-base-atc folder. Possible paths:
Steam: Your Steam library folder\steamapps\common\Limitless\Packages
Microsoft Store: XboxGames\Limitless\Content\Packages\fs-base-atc
·Back up and remove the original zh-CN.locPak file, then replace it with the provided one.
·In-game, go to Settings > Language > Spoken ATC Language and select zh-CN.
·It is recommended to turn off the “Realistic ATC Speech” option. Otherwise, when flying outside China, the ATC may speak the original phrases while the text displays the modified Chinese lines, causing inconsistency.
Known issues:
·ATC window may occasionally show blank options or mismatched function labels. This is a known MSFS2024 bug to be fixed by Asobo or Microsoft.
·Altitude is displayed in feet (imperial system) with “Ying Chh” (feet) appended to avoid confusion (In China, metric system or meters is used for reporting altitude).
·Some standard Chinese ATC phrases (e.g., “report when ready”) cannot be fully implemented due to game limitations.
·Names of newly built airports like Beijing Daxing and Chengdu Tianfu cannot be added to the language pack.
·Many aircraft model names (both default and third-party) are not included. Currently, only the PMDG 777-300ER (“Guai Guai Whiskey”) and Fenix A320ceo (e.g., “A San Liang Dong”) are partially supported.
·Only the four major Chinese airlines (Air China, China Eastern, China Southern, Hainan Airlines) have customized call signs.
·The game’s voice engine may exhibit non-native Chinese accents. I cannot modify it.
·Other inaccuracies may exist due to the my limited expertise or oversights.
How to submit a feedback or report a problem:
- Take a screenshot or screen video containing the ATC window or subtitle window with the point you want to report.
- Describe the problem with files explained above attached.
- English is Mandatory in this forum. If you have to reply with Chinese, please make a translation into English and put English first, then Chinese.

·使用无线电语音读法朗读1（幺）、2（两）、7（拐）、0（洞）
·使用正确的管制席位称谓（比如，把著名的“森特”错误更正为“区域”）
·使用标准的航空术语申请和许可放行、推出开车、滑行、起飞等行为
·部分国内机场的称呼修改（比如把深圳黄田改为深圳宝安）
·其他术语上的大量改进
安装方法：
·解压压缩包;
·找到游戏的fs-base-atc文件夹。可能的位置如下：
Steam：你的Steam游戏库文件夹\steamapps\common\Limitless\Packages
微软商店：XboxGames\Limitless\Content\Packages\fs-base-atc
·备份后，删除游戏内的zh-CN.locPak文件，用我提供的zh-CN.locPak替换之;
·进游戏，在设置-语言-口语对话语言更改为zh-CN.
·设置-语言-真实的空中交通管制语言 这一选项，建议关闭，否则在国外飞时，会出现ATC说着原版管制内容，但ATC窗口和字幕显示我改过的中文ATC，内容不对应，会非常不违和，不过如果你能忍当我没说。
·注意：MSFS2024的游戏更新有可能会导致文件被覆盖。如果出现，请按照上述方法重新安装。
存在问题：
·ATC窗口可能存在选项空白、选项功能和ATC窗口实际执行的功能不一致。这个是MSFS2024的已知bug，我和大波胡已分别发布了一个主题贴反馈这个问题。可选解决办法：设置-语言-界面语言，设置为en-US（英语）。
·高度使用英制，暂无法改米制，并根据相关标准在高度后面加了“英尺”，以防混淆。
·放行抄收后“地面准备好报”等多种国内ATC实际操作会用到的术语无法实现，只能写为“地面准备好联系[地面管制频率]”。
·由于某些机制问题，北京大兴机场、成都天府机场等这些全新机场的名字无法加入语言包。
·大量第一方机模和第三方机模的型号名称无法加入语言包。目前只有PMDG777-300ER成功加入（称为“拐拐Whiskey”），Fenix的A320ceo系列疑似能被成功使用（比如“A三两洞”）。
·除去国内四大航（国航、东航、南航、海航），其他航司的呼号均没有办法加入。
·游戏语音存在的外籍华人口音，这个是游戏声音引擎的问题，我不会修。虽然里面确实有个女声能用相对流畅的语速讲出标准普通话。
·其他可能因为我的专业性不足，导致的错误（欢迎提出反馈）。
·其他由于我的疏忽，可能出现的某些拼接错误（比如哪里多了标点符号啥的，欢迎反馈）。
·其他由于游戏机制本身的问题，我无法修复的地方。
