Once you click the YD button, where can you see whether its actually on or off?
If you click the AP button at least you can check in the PFD. I searched google to no avail.

Not there. not even on the excellent Working Title CJ4. However W/T are about to release a total revamp of their CJ4 so maybe it’ll be included.
Or maybe it doesn’t exist in real life?

Where did you find the info regarding a pending release of a revamped CJ4?
The YD indicator does appear, although only with the AP off, as the YD automatically comes on and off with the AP, as on the real aircraft (with our CJ4).

I stand corrected! However, in mitigation I’ve never selected the YD without the AP so if what you say is the case I’d never have seen it!
But thanks for your correction - it’s a poor day when you fail to learn something new!
