So im trying to program/activate my flight plan using the cj4. But i cant initialize my position or anything. Just navigate through the FMS. It says pilot cdu softkey. And when I click on the CDU button nothing happenes. Any ideas?
Not sure which is the “CDU” button but you need to hit the POS INIT button on the FMS, then the button next to your position. There’s a guide here: [HOW-TO] Citation CJ4 - FMS Programming Guide | MSFS 2020
If you open his first guide “entering data”.. the Buttons which is yellow highlighted (right and left of the FMC screen), isnt clickable. When i click them nothing happens
Those buttons in particular, or any buttons? Are you on the screen below? Can you enter your origin & destination airports? On this pic, the green/yellow/red don’t mean use those keys now, it’s just what area means what. So for me, if I was at this screen and flying say ATL to MIA, I’d type KATL and then press the button to the left of the 4 squares under ORIGIN, then type KMIA and press the button to the right of the 4 squares under DEST. You can also go to other pages (ex: legs, dep/arr) by pressing the buttons above the alphabet but below the screen. Does any of that work for you?
Can you do a screen shot of what FMS page you are on, which button you are trying to click, and if you get an error message?
