What’s wrong? Clouds look fine. There’s a bit of blurriness but that’s standard with volumetric cloud rendering I believe
1440p here and the clouds look just fine here.Don’t think it should be worse on a lower res panel.
Your PC is probably getting slower and slower with more bloatware. Can’t blame Asobo for rookie errors.

I have a 2070 Super, 16 GB memory, and an LG 55UN7300 4K TV as a monitor, and I have volumetric clouds set on high (most everything else Ultra).

The clouds are way better than anything in XP. However more works needs to be done on Cumulus clouds. The Cumulus clouds are not “fluffy” at all, they have a strong definition to the shape. And the lower part is darker (shadow).
