The Just Flight Bae 146 has extremely detailed and comprehensive night lighting, including chart and downlights that can be swivelled to point at different areas of the cockpit, and individual adjustment to both Captains and Co-pilots lighting. Just like the real aircraft.

I am going to start my list. I’m working my way through the hangar.
Cirrus SR22
M20R Ovation
NXCub

Ease of access points for SR22 and M20R. The knobs are easy to find, but points off for the M20R because the knobs are black on black with the lights off.
The NXCub doesn’t require adjustments to light levels. Out of the box, it just works.

Points off if you have to hunt for the controls.
Points off if you just don’t have enough light.
Points off if some key instruments are not lit up.
